Today it is a great tool to fight stress and respiratory diseases, to use during meditation or concentration.

Frankincense oil: Our organic Frankincense oil is obtained from the boswellia sacra, a tree in the Burseraceae family. Because of its knotty appearance, they are often referred to as a desert bonsai. Frankincense essential oil has historically been burned in sacred placed and during religious rituals.

Scent: This premium organic frankincense oil has a naturally warm, sweet, balsamic and spicy scent.

— Usage

- Burn 3-4 drops of the oil with a layer of water in an oil burner, and place the oil burner on the nearest table to you so you can inhale oils to promote feelings of relaxation.
- Add 4-5 drops of an essential oil to aroma diffuser.
- Add 2 drops of frankincense essential oil to a carrier oil and add to a hot bath before going to bed.
- Add 2-3 drops to 10ml carrier oil (can be any carrier oil you have around, like peanut or olive oil) and massage the oil into your skin for the appearance of a healthy-looking skin.
