Menstrual Pain Relief: Sage can help reduce menstrual cramps by applying the oil (diluted with carrier oil) to the lower abdomen.
Skincare: Add a few drops of Clary Sage essential oil to your cosmetics products or a carrier oil and gently rub into your skin to promote a healthy looking skin.
Haircare: Add a few drops to your shampoo or hair oil to promote healthy looking hair.

Avoid clary sage essential oil during pregnancy.

Clary sage oil: Our organic clary sage oil is obtained from the leaves and stalks of the clary sage plant. The clary sage essential oil is extracted from clary sage plants from France, where it grows natively.

– Heat 4-5 drops of oil with a layer of water in an essential oil burner, place it next to you and inhale the aroma.
- Add 4-5 drops to an essential oil diffuser.
- Add 4 drops to 10 ml of the chosen oil and apply it on the body skin.
