Use in the morning and in the evening, you can spend as many minutes as you want, but we recommend 5 to 10. Use after cleansing your face with usual means, ideally massage with your favorite serum. This will encourage its absorption!

You should massage your face in an upward motion. A series of 6-10 repetitions is recommended.

Recommended movements:

Forehead: Make an upward motion from the bottom to the hairline.
Eyeliner: Continue upwards from the tear duct to the tip of the eyebrow.
Cheekbones: Moving upwards towards the beginning of the ears.
Neck: Use it from the bottom up. This will stimulate blood flow to the neck and chin.
