• Dry exfoliation can be performed on a daily basis, due to its multiple benefits. This brush has medium-hard bristles made of natural fibres, so it is not aggressive to the skin. We recommend dry brushing at least once a week.
• Massage the body from the lower limbs to the torso, always with upward movements.
